Key Responsibilities
Own and drive strategic account plans focused on adoption milestones and revenue growth
Partner with internal teams to design and optimize workflows for AI systems
Guide customers through onboarding, troubleshoot challenges, and drive product utilization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager
Design and architecture-level understanding of data processing and machine learning systems
Experience in MLOps, machine learning pipelines, and data orchestration tools
Proficiency in Python or a genuine desire to learn
Experience developing account plans focused on growth and product-led revenue
