Technical Account Manager
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide high-level technical support and expertise to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and opportunities, creating proposals and POCs
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to gain a deep understanding of solutions
Manage customer onboarding and capture feedback to prioritize engineering workflows
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
Ability to prioritize strategic opportunities with a customer-driven mindset
Strong organizational skills for timely follow-ups with customers
At least 8 years of experience in front-end engineering
Familiarity with technologies such as onchain/web3, SQL, or big data is a plus
