Talent Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain hiring requisition data
Serve as the point of contact for new and backfill request/approval processes
Track and report end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring activities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment related to business operations, recruiting, or administrative support
Proven ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and work independently while adapting to changing priorities
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
