Talent Operations Coordinator
A company is looking for a Talent & People Operations Coordinator to support recruitment and people operations processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and managing the applicant tracking system
Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate data across HR systems
Optimize processes and manage projects related to talent acquisition and employee lifecycle operations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent operations, or HR operations
Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever
Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HRIS and People Operations tools
Experience with data reporting and analytics tools to track hiring metrics
