Key Responsibilities: Run end-to-end searches across various functions Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring plans Create sourcing strategies and evaluate candidates deeply Required Qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups Demonstrated success hiring across multiple levels and functions Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L and GTM strategies Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows Bachelor's degree required with in-house recruiting experience
