Talent Recruiter
A company is looking for a Talent Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies and drive efficient hiring processes
Track and analyze key hiring metrics, providing regular reports on pipeline health and other recruiting KPIs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a recruiter, specializing in technical hiring
Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and negotiating offers
Strong understanding of technology roles and skills, particularly within cloud computing
Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
Data-driven mindset with experience generating and reporting on hiring metrics
