Talent Services Coordinator
A company is looking for a Talent Services Coordinator responsible for supporting HR operations and employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Process HR transactions related to hiring, onboarding, and terminations while ensuring data accuracy across HRIS systems
Conduct regular audits of HRIS systems to maintain data accuracy and flag potential issues
Provide administrative support across Talent & Development teams, including learning and talent administration
Required Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in administrative or HR roles, preferably in a growing or startup organization
High attention to detail in data management and documentation practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands for time
Commitment to creating inclusive and respectful environments
