Tax Strategy Director

A company is looking for a Director, Tax Strategy. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and advise on tax impacts of business initiatives across various jurisdictions Review transaction documents and prepare tax accounting policy memos Collaborate with financial planning teams and monitor tax legislative developments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a quantitative background 10-15 years of tax experience, including at least 10 years in the insurance or reinsurance industry In-depth knowledge of U.S. insurance company taxation and statutory accounting Familiarity with Bermuda corporate income tax and OECD Pillar Two regimes is preferred CPA, MBA, or FSA designation is preferred
