Total Rewards Analyst
A company is looking for an Analyst, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with compensation benchmarking, design, and annual compensation cycle support
Monitor employee inquiries and assist with leave administration and open enrollment
Draft internal communications and support project coordination for Total Rewards initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2-4 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, or a related area
Exposure to compensation processes and leave policies (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
Experience with HR systems (UKG or Workday preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
