Tech Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide O365 support and troubleshoot issues within the productivity suite
Maintain hardware, manage device security, and perform remote troubleshooting
Interact with tech vendors and manage the lifecycle of devices while ensuring data security
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support with hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of O365 support, including Exchange Online and SharePoint
Experience with security and antivirus protocols
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
Relevant certification is an added advantage
