Technical Care Specialist
A company is looking for a Technical Care Specialist I and II.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet services, video, and phone equipment
Create service tickets and notate customer accounts for all interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; or 3-6 months of related experience or training
Associate's degree (A.A.) preferred
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
