A company is looking for an Audit Product Support Technical Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Respond to support tickets and customer queries, including complex audit-based inquiries Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and manage support resources for customers Assist the Product Support Manager with team training, incident management, and reporting Required Qualifications and Education Experience in External Financial Audit Background in SaaS or web applications Experience in developing and maintaining a knowledge base Previous experience in product support ITSM/ITIL/KCS certification or equivalent
