Key Responsibilities

Provide professional client communication and support for technical troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a ticketing or IT support role, preferably at an MSP
Knowledge of common IT systems, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
Experience with ticketing platforms and RMM tools
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
