Technical Field Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Technical Field Operations Manager to lead a team providing support for solutions tailored to individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee installations and configurations of on-premises equipment and ensure they are fully tested and ready for production
Manage a Tier 1 support team, addressing customer issues and optimizing support processes
Participate in creating SOPs and knowledge-base articles to enhance the overall service experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in deploying hardware within customer networks and remote management
Minimum 8+ years of experience focused on customer experience and continuous improvement
Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as Information Systems or Network Engineering
Proficient knowledge of configuring servers, switches, routers, and network protocols
