Client Services Lead

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Client Service Team, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries
Monitor team performance against established SLAs and develop KPIs for continuous improvement
Analyze client feedback and service data to enhance operational efficiency and standardize processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
4+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare or technology support roles
Proficient in G-Suite; familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, or similar tools is a plus
Technical proficiency with a solid understanding of software applications
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
