Technical Product Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates escalated issues and gathers additional information from customers
Updates tracking systems and conveys customer feedback to the product development team
Documents, monitors, and follows up on client issues, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
3 years of relevant experience
Strong consideration for experience with Chameleon software
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or an Associate's Degree in a Technical Field
Certification in a relevant focus area
Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
