Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in the company's products and troubleshoot customer-reported issues
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during presentations and product demonstrations
Create and manage technical proofs of value for prospective customers, engaging with internal teams for support
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software cybersecurity and/or workforce management
Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Docker, and PostgreSQL
