Technical Services Specialist
A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist I to manage client-facing technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Scope, implement, and maintain technical service products using the software stack
Gather and document project requirements, confirming scope and developing timelines with clients
Manage client projects to completion while delivering training and consulting on products and services
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience implementing integration solutions for a SaaS software company or similar
Experience implementing, training, and/or managing data migrations for SaaS software
Strong analytical skills to model and solve complex business requirements
Ability to maintain high-quality service delivery and supporting documentation
Self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively
