Technical Support Specialist IV
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative IV - Workforce Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and perform activities in support of technical or application environments, including product management and performance tuning
Independently analyze and design to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee project plans
Provide technical consulting and training, while collaborating with business and IT staff to resolve customer requests
Required Qualifications
BS in MIS or CS or equivalent work experience
3 years of IT experience, with 2 years as a Technical Service and Support Specialist II or similar role
Demonstrated knowledge in at least 4 IT areas such as Application Development Lifecycle and Project Management
Proven ability to lead small to medium scale projects and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience with technologies such as Database Technology and Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence Solutions preferred
