Key Responsibilities Conduct phone interviews and email correspondence with candidates and potential hires Support senior recruiters in candidate sourcing and screening Schedule virtual and/or in-person interviews between candidates and management Required Qualifications 3-5 years of healthcare recruitment experience Experience recruiting licensed psychologists, LCSWs, and Nurse Practitioners Prior corporate recruiting experience required Prior healthcare experience required Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) is preferred
