Texas Benefits Specialist
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities Administer employee health and voluntary benefit plans Maintain benefit transactions in HRIS and perform system audits for data integrity Coordinate with insurance carriers and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries Required Qualifications 3-5 years of benefits experience in a large organization (500+ employees) Knowledge of employee benefit plans and relevant regulations (FMLA, ACA, etc.) In-depth understanding of Section 125 benefit plans Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred experience with Workday and benefits module
