Texas Licensed Benefit Operations Associate
A company is looking for a Benefit Operations Associate to assist with the onboarding and administration of client-sponsored plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure prompt resolution
Maintain communication with insurance companies, brokers, and clients to facilitate benefit utilization
Assist in evaluating and developing specifications for company benefits and track the renewal process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; preferred in business, management, or human resources
Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits, preferably in Agency or PEO settings
Active Life & Health license required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs and various HRIS platforms
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
