Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor treatment plans Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Active LCSW license in Texas Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in this setting Experience with group therapy strongly preferred Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
