Texas Licensed Loss Mitigation Supervisor
A company is looking for a Home Retention Loss Mitigation Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Supervises daily operations of Home Retention Associates and ensures compliance with policies and procedures Coordinates work activities to meet operational requirements and provides feedback to senior management on compliance issues Manages the borrower application process and ensures compliance with federal and state mortgage laws Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Banking, Default Reporting, Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, or Foreclosure processes Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, FHA/VA workout requirements Familiarity with CFPB Servicing Guidelines and state regulations related to Loss Mitigation practices Must be able to pass a background investigation; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
