Texas Licensed Senior Charge Master Coordinator

A company is looking for a Senior Charge Master Coordinator responsible for overseeing the Charge Description Master and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coding updates through collaboration with stakeholders Conduct in-depth research on regulatory and reimbursement issues and resolve billing discrepancies Lead internal compliance audits and maintain documentation of charge processes for operational efficiency Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or High School Diploma 5 years of experience in hospital billing and coding with a High School Diploma Preferred experience in hospital billing and/or coding, and Charge Master experience Experience with hospital information systems, particularly Epic HB, is strongly preferred EPIC certification in one related application HB is required
