Senior Application Specialist
A company is looking for a Sr Application Specialist to provide technical support for hosted eDiscovery applications and infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-call resolution support for hosted eDiscovery applications and assist with complex technical issues
Monitor performance and availability of applications, respond to customer-submitted tickets, and fulfill service requests
Create and maintain documentation, assist with customer onboarding, and adapt to evolving technology scenarios
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
Minimum of 5 years in IT or eDiscovery
Certifications such as CompTia A+, Microsoft, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, relational databases, and scripting languages like SQL and PowerShell
Familiarity with major server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux distributions
