Key Responsibilities Establish relationships with potential borrowers and develop a book of business through leads Prequalify applicants and recommend suitable loan products based on their needs Field underwrite applications and ensure timely communication of requirements and expectations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Loan Origination with a proven production history Registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS is required Knowledge of mortgage products and experience with underwriting systems is preferred Reliable internet access of 50MBPS or higher is necessary
