Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and perform system software updates for IBM System Z Operating systems Schedule and coordinate operating system testing and implementation while communicating prerequisites and post-install procedures Provide on-call support for z/OS systems and maintain technical procedures and documentation Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or College Diploma Experience with IBM Mainframe z/OS Systems Programming Knowledge of SMP/E work and legacy Windows Server support Ability to establish test and implementation plans for operating system upgrades Experience in maintaining documentation systems for software support
