Time & Attendance Specialist
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Time & Attendance standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Provide subject matter expertise for inquiries related to Time & Attendance and collaborate with clients and employees
Gather feedback to enhance the employee journey and manage employee data securely and confidentially
Required Qualifications
Solid operational experience in HR with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities across multiple countries
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management
Proven experience in implementing time off and attendance policies based on country regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Proficiency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
