Tri-Lingual Patient Liaison

A company is looking for a Tri-Lingual Patient Liaison (English, Spanish, and French). Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, and vendors Schedule travel arrangements for patients enrolled in clinical trials and manage vendor interactions Process expense reimbursements for patients and train study site personnel on the online portal Required Qualifications BS or BA degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred Fluency in Spanish and English; fluency in French is desirable Experience working with multiple independent vendors and in the travel/hospitality industry is a plus Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
