Bilingual Patient Liaison

A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Patient Liaison (Spanish and English). Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties Schedule travel requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials and manage vendor interactions Process expense reimbursements and train study site personnel on using the online portal Required Qualifications BS or BA degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Experience working with multiple independent vendors to meet deadlines Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus
