Trust & Safety Manager
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Manager to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment for developers.
Key Responsibilities
Build trust and safety procedures, policies, and programs from scratch
Define and implement processes to detect, monitor, prevent, and adjudicate fraud and abuse
Investigate account abuse cases and address billing and account issues
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in trust and safety, customer service, or incident response
Understanding of data privacy regulations and experience with compliance
Experience with incident response frameworks and protocols
Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other software applications
Background in fraud prevention, risk management, or cybersecurity is highly desirable
