Configuration Analyst

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst to support their National Employee Benefits Technology Department. Key Responsibilities Develop knowledge of applicable software tools and assist in data audits and uploads Create and configure EDI files for customer websites and provide daily support to assigned customers Collaborate with senior analysts to ensure quality assurance of data files and follow department guidelines Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance, human resources, or financial sectors Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Proficient with MS Office Suite and experienced in working with database applications Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Basic understanding of testing and quality assurance processes
