Trust Service Delivery Manager
A company is looking for a Trust Service Delivery Manager to oversee operational tasks and initiatives within the Trust Platform Integrity Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive initiatives that align with Trust Ops and coordinate key meetings for operational success
Lead performance management culture and operations improvement initiatives across the organization
Design and execute training programs and communication strategies for internal and partner management teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service or operations roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree is a plus
Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing talent
Ability to work weekend days and be on-call as needed
Strong understanding of customer service operations and data-driven decision-making
