A company is looking for a USMC Portfolio Manager to lead the Program Management Office and oversee daily operations for a defense contract. Key Responsibilities Oversee USMC PMO operations, including project execution, schedule performance, risk management, and contract compliance Act as the primary interface with USMC stakeholders and lead customer meetings and strategic planning sessions Develop and manage financial plans, track burn rates, and ensure financial health across a portfolio exceeding $50 million Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years' experience in program/project management with large IDIQs or defense programs Proven success managing complex teams with portfolios exceeding $50 million Strong technical background in IT Infrastructure, Information Assurance, Networking, or Systems Integration Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
