Value Added Resellers Director
A company is looking for a Value Added Resellers (VAR) Director.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential VARs to enhance sales capabilities
Collaborate with VARs to develop joint sales strategies and marketing initiatives
Provide ongoing training and technical support to VAR sales teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within software/services
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with marketing and sales departments
Proven track record of developing successful channel partner programs
Experience with CRM systems and partner management tools
