Veterinary Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues, concerns, or feedback
Work closely with the Engineering team to stay updated on new features and enhancements
Required Qualifications
Experience in the veterinary industry
3+ years of experience in customer success or related roles
Experience in a fast-paced support environment
Proactive in resolving support requests before escalation
Familiarity with productivity software and tools like Attio and Intercom
