Leave of Absence Specialist
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Program Specialist responsible for leave of absence administration and case management. Key Responsibilities Interpret and administer leave of absence programs in compliance with federal and state laws Manage leave claims, including approval/denial based on medical information and ensuring HIPAA compliance Coordinate communication with employees on leave and facilitate the return-to-work process Required Qualifications Minimum High School diploma with 3 years of Human Resources experience At least 3 years of leave administration experience Knowledge of federal and state laws related to benefits administration Ability to use relevant software and work independently or in a team Experience in benefits administration is helpful
