Leave of Absence Specialist
A company is looking for a Leave and Accommodation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all types of employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding leave requests, providing timely information on options and status updates
Maintain accurate records for all leave cases and prepare reports on leave usage and trends
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of experience in leave of absence management or HR support roles
In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation laws
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
