Vice President of Non-Qualified Plans

A company is looking for a Vice President of Non-Qualified Plan Administration, responsible for overseeing the recordkeeping and administrative practice for executive benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Plan Managers, Retirement Plan Specialists, and Client Service professionals Establish and monitor procedures to ensure transactional accuracy and operational objectives Oversee payroll processing, participant distributions, quarterly statement production, and annual plan enrollments Required Qualifications and Education 10+ years of experience with non-qualified plans and/or qualified 401(k) plans Strong interpersonal and performance management skills Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel macros preferred Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic
