Vice President of People and Culture
A company is looking for a Vice President of People and Culture. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of global talent strategies and programs to achieve business objectives Oversee recruitment efforts and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive workplace culture Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on HR challenges and organizational change Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Certification in HR (PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred Minimum of 12 years of HR experience with at least 7 years in a strategic HR leadership role Experience in the Clinical Research or Life Sciences industry preferred Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with proven experience in employee relations
