Key Responsibilities Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to develop and modify individualized treatment plans for patients Utilize behavioral interventions to motivate patients and conduct evaluations for various psych services Monitor patient progress, manage medications, and provide education on opioid use disorder and treatment options Required Qualifications and Training Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and/or New Jersey Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations Comfortable in a remote telehealth environment Ability to manage a large panel of patients independently Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology for opioid use disorder
