Respond to member inquiries via email and phone, supporting onboarding and product education
Troubleshoot issues related to account management, shipments, and billing
Provide feedback to development and fulfillment teams to enhance the patient experience

Experience in a remote/hybrid customer service role
Ability to meet performance metrics efficiently

Strong organizational skills
