Voice of the Client Analyst
A company is looking for a Voice of the Client Analyst, Manager. Key Responsibilities Analyze voice of the client data quarterly to identify areas for improvement Generate reports on trends and maintain updates for internal teams Partner with corporate teams to integrate insights into actionable projects Required Qualifications College degree required, preferably in Analytics Experience in analytics and retail Project management experience Ability to travel as needed Familiarity with tools such as Medallia and Power BI
