A company is looking for a Supervisor, HEDIS to oversee and improve HEDIS data accuracy and reporting. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate team activities to improve HEDIS measures and ensure compliance with technical specifications Conduct comprehensive analysis of HEDIS measures and present results of improvement efforts Manage HEDIS projects, including resource assignment and vendor oversight for quality and timeliness Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, HEDIS project management, or healthcare-related roles Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS programs
