Key Responsibilities Perform medical necessity reviews including inpatient, concurrent, prior authorization, and retrospective reviews Communicate with providers and facility staff to ensure member needs are met Document clinical information accurately and timely while meeting production and quality metrics Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered license in the state of residence Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including Utilization Management experience Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing, Business, or equivalent professional work experience Experience in acute care and/or post-acute care environments MCG certification preferred
