Key Responsibilities: Main contact and support for Brokers and internal departments, ensuring high customer service Monitor and manage a large pipeline for timely funding of loans Order and verify third-party services related to loans and ensure all deadlines are met Required Qualifications: Minimum of three years of mortgage Account Manager or loan processing experience In-depth knowledge of all mortgage guidelines Familiarity with LendingQB/Meridian Link Proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
