Privacy and Regulatory Paralegal

A company is looking for a Privacy and Regulatory Paralegal. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging laws and regulations related to privacy and health insurance Develop and report monthly compliance updates for stakeholders regarding privacy and data security Assist in creating privacy-related legal impact assessments and training programs for employees Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in privacy and health insurance Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience using SharePoint and familiarity with legal databases like Bloomberg or LexisNexis Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) is required Demonstrated project management skills with strong organizational abilities
