A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant II. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Jira Service Management for ITSM processes and optimize integrations with other tools Analyze and improve ITSM workflows to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with ITIL frameworks Provide user support and training on Atlassian products while developing custom dashboards and performance metrics Required Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) environments Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application in ITSM processes Hands-on experience in Jira Service Management configuration and customization Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other IT management systems Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred
