Workday Application Engineer
A company is looking for a Workday Application Engineer to focus on compensation and advanced compensation modules.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules for large-scale organizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into efficient Workday configurations
Design calculation fields and generate BIRT reports to support compensation processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Workday configuration, particularly in Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
Experience configuring and supporting pay cycles for large companies (10,000+ employees)
Hands-on expertise in creating calculation fields and configuring Stock, Bonus, and Merit plans
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in a large, international company is preferred
