Workday HRIS Manager
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the strategic design, delivery, and administration of the HRIS system (Workday)
Manage the Workday HRIS Support ticket system and user permissions
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma with relevant experience
4 years of technical Workday experience, including implementations and configurations
Experience with Workday advanced compensation; familiarity with time tracking and absence modules is a plus
Expert knowledge of Workday EIB, calculated fields, and report writing; XML and XSLT knowledge desired
4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
