A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst II/Forecasting and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Translate customer needs into reporting solutions and actionable information
Develop analytical tools and models to support strategic business planning and operational forecasts
Provide forecasting and analysis expertise while mentoring lower-level peers as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills preferred
4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or equivalent relevant experience
Ability to work with Business Intelligence databases (e.g., SQL, SAS, Informix, Cognos)
Demonstrated knowledge of key business performance metrics
Strong analytical, math, reasoning, and investigative skills
