Workforce Optimization Consultant
A company is looking for a Workforce Optimization Consultant to shape workforce planning strategy through advanced forecasting and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine forecasting models for workforce planning and budget allocation
Partner with leadership to align staffing models with business goals and conduct ad-hoc analyses
Guide junior team members and promote best practices in workforce planning analytics
Required Qualifications
3+ years in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning, preferably in contact center environments
Results-driven project leader with a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles
Proficiency in Excel, Python, R, and advanced SQL for data analysis
Working knowledge of workforce management tools (e.g., NICE, Aspect)
Experience with Tableau or Power BI for visualization and reporting
